Tired of the same old salad greens? Look no further than this recipe to spice things up. Arugula has a peppery flavor, and pairs well with bright, citrus foods. It’s even been shown to help fight stomach ulcers and help your skin! So load up on your antioxidants with this fresh salad recipe.
|5 ounces||arugula, fresh|
|1/4 cup||feta cheese|
|1 tablespoon||extra virgin olive oil|
|1/4 teaspoon||black pepper|
Method of Preparation
1. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
2. Put arugula, feta, pistaschios,grapefruit and orange slices in salad bowl.
3. Drizzle salad with oil and viegar mixture, and toss lightly. Serve.
