These ideas can keep you on your game.

It’s easy to get overwhelmed in today’s hectic world, but your body needs calmness to be productive. Try to plan as much as possible to recognize the first signs of stress so you can be proactive in preventing it from building.

Focus on one task at a time. Set aside a few quiet moments for yourself, practice some deep breathing. Take a slow breath in to the count of 10 and then exhale slowly to the count of 10. This may sound like a cliché, but it can help counteract anxiety.

Don’t be afraid to trust yourself and delegate some tasks as well. You just might have taken on too much. It is okay to pull back a little. You may have your own unrealistic expectations.

Practicing these small changes can make a world of difference in keeping you at your best.
