Get in and out and don’t hang out.  

 

Don’t spend your free time hanging out in the kitchen. You will only find reasons to snack on holiday leftovers. It may seem like old habits are impossible to break but with a little determination, you can do it!

 

Think up other things that you can do in your free time. List them out and put the list somewhere visible. Include things that need to be done, like pulling weeds or washing the car. Add some fun family activities to your list, like playing a board game or riding bikes. Make life an adventure… outside of the kitchen!
