Sham Rockin Your Saint Patty Day Shake

Ushering in the St. Patrick’s Day holiday are fatty brisket dinners along with green beer and mint flavored shakes. Replace these holiday traditions with that of a minty delicious high protein shake, easy to blend up and fun to make. This recipe will surely become one of your favorite lucky charms!

 

 


Ingredients

1 cup                 skim milk

1                        miniature sugar free York Peppermint Patty

3 drops             mint flavor (in grocery stores located in baking section by the vanilla extract)

3 drops             green food coloring (optional)

1 tablespoon   pistachio flavored sugar free pudding

2 servings        whey protein isolate (brand of your preference), vanilla flavored

1 packet           your favorite calorie free sweetener alternative

¾ cup                ice cubes

 

Method of Preparation

Add all ingredients into a blender and pulse on high to incorporate. Blend and enjoy! All it really needs is a drink umbrella.
