Cucumber Dill Bites

Dill and cucumber are a classic combination. You can create fun, bite-size snacks using this recipe with low fat ingredients. This is a fun activity to involve the kids in, and sneak some veggies in while you’re at it.
whole cucumbers, sliced
light cream cheese
low fat feta cheese
Method and Preparation
1. Lay sliced cucumber rounds on serving dish.
2. In mixing bowl, combine feta cheese, light cream cheese, and dill until smooth.
3. Spoon cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
4. Top with fresh dill for serving.

Yield: 8 servings
