Zoodle Caprese Salad

Zoodles are all the rage right now, and it’s easy to see why. They are a very versatile pasta substitute. This recipe is a delicious pairing, with fresh flavors and beautiful colors to complete your family meal.
|2 whole||zucchini spiralized|
|1 cup||cherry tomatoes, halved|
|½ cup||mozzarella pearls|
|2 tablespoons||light balsamic vinaigrette dressing|
|1 tablespoon||basil, julienned|
Method and Preparation
1. Place spiralized zucchini into large bowl. Add halved tomatoes and mozzarella.
2. Drizzle dressing on top and gently toss.
3. Top with basil and serve.
