Skinny Taco Dip

Everyone likes a good party, and party foods. These can derail your diet, though. This recipe is a twist on a favorite layer dip. Make this taco dip to guarantee a low fat favorite at your next get together!

 

Ingredients

 

8 ounces 1/3 les fat cream cheese, room temperature
1 ½ cups salsa
1 ½ cups lettuce, chopped
¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tomatoes, chopped
¼ cup black olives
1 tablespoon taco seasoning

 

 

Method of Preparation

1. Combine cream cheese, salsa, yogurt, and taco seasoning. Mix/beat on medium until mixed.

2. Spread mixture evenly into serving dish.

3. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and cheese.

4. Serve with vegetables or tortilla chips.
