Garlic Pork Tenderloin for the Holidays

Are you planning your holiday menu? Don’t forget about the other white meat! Not only is this recipe nice as part of your holiday menu, pork tenderloin is an alternative lean protein to rotate into your meal planning routine. This recipe has very few ingredients so you can look like a gourmet chef to your holiday guests with very little fuss.
Ingredients
1 pound |
pork tenderloin |
2 tablespoons | garlic, minced |
2 tablespoons | extra virgin olive oil |
¼ teaspoon | black pepper |
Method of Preparation
1. Preheat grill (or oven to 350 degrees).
2. Combine olive oil, garlic, and black pepper. Coat tenderloin with mixture and allow to marinate for 30 minutes (or overnight).
3. Place tenderloin on grill (or in oven safe dish) and cook for 30 minutes, or until done.
