Cooking for One: Salmon Solo

Cooking for one can be difficult, and lead to eating inappropriate items (like fast food). Fish can be a good, quick fix meal for one. This recipe consists of only 3 ingredients, and will take no time at all to prepare while giving you the satisfaction of a home cooked meal.
|1 filet||salmon, fresh or frozen (defrosted)|
|2 tablespoons||teriyaki marinade of choice|
|1 teaspoon||garlic, minced|
Method of Preparation
1. Preheat grill (or oven to 350 degrees).
2. Combine marinade and garlic. Pour mixture over salmon filet and let marinate for 30 plus minutes (can be marinated overnight).
3. Place salmon filet on grill (or in oven ready pan).
4. Cook for 10 minutes, or until desired doneness.
